Data protection

The operator of these pages takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and the following data protection declarations.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

It is pointed out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Our business of advising is essentially based on experience and trust. For Cürlis Organisation & Management, the protection of personal data - insofar as it is collected - (data protection) is a high priority. We therefore endeavour to comply with all applicable data protection laws and to permanently improve the way in which data is stored or to keep it up to date with the latest technology.

Commenting on this website
For the comment function on this page, in addition to your comment, details of when the comment was created, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the user name you have chosen will be stored.
Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who post comments. Since we do not check comments on our site before they are activated, we need this data to be able to take action against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.

 SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Server-Log-Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

Cookies
In part, so-called cookies are used for the purposes listed below. A cookie is a text file that is sent from the web server to the browser and processes information about the website visitor (e.g. IP address), their settings and the devices used.

Functional cookies

Performance cookies
These cookies collect data about user behaviour. On this basis, the website is adapted to general user behaviour in terms of content and functionality. The collected information is generally processed in aggregated form, unless a user has explicitly consented to a personal evaluation separately. Performance cookies are used exclusively to improve the performance of the website and to tailor the online experience to the needs of the user.

Marketing Cookies

Google Analytics
This website partly uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google").
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your browser, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, Google will truncate the user's IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by the browser used as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

More information on terms of use and data protection can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
